Dads Stand Up and Take Action to Save a High School from Violence

Once in a while, I see glimpses of decisions being made and actions being taken to affect our society in a good way. The attached article is one such story. I believe the tide is turning. Like in the movie from 1976 “Network” people have had enough of anarchy and lawlessness. The movie depicts people rising up and shouting out their windows “I can’t take it anymore”. If that was true then, what about now? If we can break free of fear as a people, our government cannot control us. It’s all about freedom vs. control. Lawlessness brings chaos and fear with it; order brings peace, law and order! Come read how the children in this high school changed overnight from fear to peace. The whole atmosphere in the school changed when 40 fathers stood up and said enough of the violence! Good for them! May the clarion call be heard throughout the land “Rise up and be Fathers again”. Make our Forefathers Proud, Make America Great Again! The Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave. Express our God given unalienable rights to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. America shall always be free!

The name Papa Tom is a Nom De Plume, that is a pen name. However, it is the name my grandchildren call me: Papa Tom. You see I am a newly minted Grandfather! Yes, I am a father of 6 children and 15 grandchildren (11 on earth so far; 4 in heaven already). I started my transition later in life; in my late sixties writing children’s books, wanting to share thoughts and ideas that would help my grandchildren understand life from a different perspective; the perspective of heaven. I also podcast with a theme of bringing the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of the children to their fathers and in so doing helping you connect with the Heart of God the Father.

Know Father: Know Identity – No Father: No Identity

In western societies and cultures, when one attends a social event the question is often asked "who are you?" The likely answer is I am a dentist or a doctor, lawyer or some other occupation. The inquirer may say I did not ask you what you did for a living, but rather...
